about

Eternal Otter Records is pleased to announce the Sound + Vision art exhibition at the North Dam Mill in Biddeford, ME on November 19th & 20th. Sound + Vision explores the relationship between music and the visual arts with 8 installations from Maine-based musicians.

Each artist has composed a song and accompanying visual installation ranging across multiple mediums, including video, giant pinatas, and crime scene recreations. Visitors to the exhibition will be able to listen to the songs related to each of the installations on a gallery-provided mp3 players. The exhibition playlist is now available here on bandcamp.

The exhibition runs from 11 am - 5 pm on both Saturday and Sunday in the main events room of the North Dam Mill (2 Main St, Biddeford, ME). The event is free and open to the public. Please consider supporting the project by donating through bandcamp when you download the exhibition playlist.

Participating artists include A Severe Joy, Blood Warrior, Computer at Sea, Drab Pony, Dead Man's Clothes, Hi Tiger, Meghan Yates, and Panda Bandits.

Dead Man's Clothes and Computer At Sea have created installations that will allow visitors to generate sounds onsite.
